It’s that time of
year again!
And guess who is
featured in the new Quiltmaker’s 100 Block, Volume 12
ME!
And
it’s so fun to see it here in print!!!
Here it is in real
life, up close and personal.
I used the Clover, large size, Kanzashi Flower maker to
construct the flower. I would add this after the quilt has been quilted
normally to avoid your quilter giving you the evil eye!
The block can be combined with other blocks for interesting combinations. I’ve tried them out using Electric Quilt. This makes it easy to try
many different combinations without wasting a lot of time in trial and error
with materials. You can see what it will look like before you start cutting
those expensive fabrics. . EQ makes it easy to color your images as well.
Or you can use the
single block, and rotate them.
