NEW ZEALAND/AUSTRALIA – February 13 – 27, 2016


Upon arrival in Auckland, New Zealand, we will enjoy a pre-cruise welcome hosted by our fantastic cruise escorts: Alex Trettin, the President of Travel Leaders in Tacoma, Washington; and Len Tobin on Friday, February 12, 2016.

On Saturday, February 13, we will set sail at 4:00 p.m., followed shortly after by our welcome aboard party in the Culinary Arts Center aboard Holland America Line’s beautiful ms Noordam.  There are quite a few ports to visit on this 14 day cruise including: Tauranga; Rotorua, known for its geysers and mud pools; Napier, known as the center for gourmet food and wines; Wellington, the capitol of New Zealand, with its beautiful countryside where the epic “Lord of the Rings” trilogy was filmed; Akaroa, known as the gateway to Christchurch; and Dunedin, known as the “Edinburgh of New Zealand” with its similarities to Scotland. And many more!
