It's that time again! Welcome to Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks. I am excited to have participated once more. This is a fabulous edition full of new ideas and lots of creativity.

Be sure to check out Quiltmaker's Blog, Quilty Pleasures, for more prizes and Blog Hop participants! The Blog Hop runs April 30-May 4th.
Wow! can you believe there have been FIVE, yes FIVE issues of 100 Blocks magazines? I am happy to have been included in this volume. Quiltmaker has given me a copy to give away, so be sure to comment on this post before midnight, Friday May 4th! And of course we will throw in a few good treats of our own!

Be sure to sign up for our new RSS feed and our newsletter. As you can see we have moved to our new website. We are excited to finally have someting we can handle on our own! We appreciate your support over the years and hope you will continue to learn and grow with us.

SO here's my block!  WATERCOLOR DREAMS

I loved working with Art Gallery Fabrics by Patricia Bravo. If you haven't used her fabrics yet, you are certainly missing out. They feel like butter and sew like a dream. Her fabrics are a delightful combination of rich colors and great threads. She definately inspires me! see more on their website.

Here's a quilt I designed using just the main block and one with a secondaty block.  The secondary block along with Watercolor Dreams adds dimension and makes for a dynamic statement. This block is a pretty straight forward block and easy to make. The best part about this block is that it makes a 6" frame for a great focal fabric, and we all know that there are plenty of those out there!

Thanks Quiltmaker for making the Blog Hop so much fun for everyone!
